Grand Sud MERLOT

Pays d’Oc- Indication Géographique Protégée 100% Merlot
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is kept below 32°C and the wine is gently pressed. Lastly the wine is racked, filtered and bottled.
Organoleptic characteristics
Brilliant, deep purple colour with ruby glints.
Complex and powerful, the nose delivers aromas of red fruits, cherries with peppery notes.
Clean palate with flavours of stewed red fruits. This wine with fleshy tannins reflects the typical characteristics of this grape variety.
How to appreciate ?
16-18°
Perfect to serve with white meats, poultry and grilled meats.

Grand Sud MERLOT ROSÉ

Pays d’Oc – Indication Géographique Protégée – 100% Merlot
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested when completely ripe and the winemaking process is highly technological. Fermentation takes place at a very low temperature of between 15 and 18°C. Ageing is in an inert atmosphere at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
Organoleptic characteristics
– Clear, pale pink color with raspberry highlights.
– Very intense nose with candy and red berry notes.
– A delectable and elegant wine on the palate, a fine balance of freshness and sweetness.
How to appreciate?
8-10°
This can be enjoyed on its own, as a pre-dinner drink or served with salads, cold cuts and pasta dishes.

Grand Sud CHARDONNAY

Vin de France 100% Chardonnay
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe for perfect health and then crushed rapidly. Fermented at 12-17° to preserve all the aromas. Rapidly conserved at a low temperature Pleasant, limpid and brilliant body with golden glints.
Organoleptic characteristics
– Limpid and brilliant body with golden glints.
– Very expressive, the nose gives off a wide variety of aromas, including citrus, white peach, acacia flowers and buttery notes.
– The first palate is fresh and harmonious with flavors ranging from lemon zest to exotic fruits. The finish is wonderfully long.
How to appreciate?
8-10°C
This wine is the ideal accompaniment to fish, poultry and some cheeses.

Grand Sud GRENACHE

Pays d’Oc – Indication Géographique Protégée – 100% Grenache
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity destemmed, crushed and left to ferment for 6 to 12 days. The must is regularly pumped over to release the color of the skins. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, between 24 and 26.C.
Organoleptic characteristics
This garnet red wine of medium intensity with purplish glints is wonderfully brilliant.
An intense nose of dark fruit such as blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries.
A rich and very round wine, its sweetness delights the taste buds and brings out the fruit while reinforcing its pleasantly persistent aromas.
How to appreciate?
16-18°
Perfect to serve with salads, it can also be enjoyed alone or accompany dessert.

Grand Sud GRENACHE ROSÉ

Pays d’Oc – Indication Géographique Protégée – 100% Grenache
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and the vinification process is highly technological. Fermentation takes place at very low temperature, between 15 and 18°C. The wine is aged in an inert atmosphere at low temperature in stainless steel vats.
Organoleptic characteristics
Clear, pale pink colour with a salmon-pink shimmer.
Full of expression, red berries, strawberries, raspberries, with spicy notes.
A really rich, fleshy and smooth wine, supple in the mouth with a definite sweet feel.
How to appreciate?
10-12°
Enjoy it on its own or as an apéritif, but also with cured meats, grilled meats, fruit salads and desserts.
